Return & Refunds

We believe in giving things a real shot — but if it’s not love, that’s cool too.
If you’re not vibing with your MIA product(s), you can return it within 30 days of delivery, gently used or unopened. We only ask that you send it back with a reasonable amount of the product still inside (we see you, almost-empty bottles 👀).
Eligibility for Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

We accept returns on both opened and gently used personal care products, as long as a reasonable amount of the product remains

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible
Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards
-
Products received as free gifts or giveaways

Limited edition, promotional, or final sale items
Return Process:

To start a return, email us at support@thebrandismia.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through it

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect
Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected

Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your statement

If a return is heavily used or incomplete, we reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@thebrandismia.com with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
